Reflection:
WWW: I managed to complete the entire shot list that we had
to do. This helped me when filming because then I knew what I was doing when it
came to filming each shot. We managed to complete all the filming and editing
within the time given.
To Improve: Some of our shots weren't completely right because
we didn't have time to go back and re-due those shots, as a result next time I would
of like to gone back and re filmed some of the shots to make it right. My shot
list wasn't very accurate which meant when it came to filming I only got the gist
of what each shot was, but I wanted it to be accurate so all of the shot would
be right and we could go straight on to it, instead of trying to elaborate on
what I wrote down. Another main problem was that we couldn't film it all in one
day which mean that each day we filmed I was wearing different clothes, this was
annoying because then it didn't match and the end product looked weird because
each shot I had different clothes. As a result of this for my proper film
opening I would want the characters to wear the same clothes the whole way
though so it doesn't look weird and unorganised. Filming the lower parts of the
body was hard because, it was so low down the people filming couldn't track
with me. If on my proper film opening we had to film the feet then I would suggest
that maybe we could use a skateboard to sit on because then it would be easier
to go along with the feet and for the footage to be smooth not jittery. Also
filming the high angles were hard because we couldn't find a place where we
could do it properly and it would look right, but because we were at school we had
to use our imagination to find places where we could film which was hard, so
next time we would have to work out if we are doing high angles were it would
be and will it work out so we will be prepared for that shot. From editing we
found that we couldn't get the timings right completely, so if we had to film
it again then I would of liked to get that right because then we would be close
enough to the opening scene of Juno. Another problem when editing was that our
title “JUNO” wasn't the same as the one from the film, to improve I would like
to get the title as close as possible to the title from the film. To improve I think
we should of used a tri-pod because then on some of the shots it wouldn't be as
jittery because we would have something to rest the camera to make the shot
smooth.
